About The Blue Ridge Farm
About Our Property
The Blue Ridge Farm and Farmhouse dates back to the 1840’s. The Page Family settled in Afton, VA and built the original home. The majority of the house standing today was constructed in the 1880’s. Some of the woodwork is covered by a technique known as “feather-painting” to give the impression of oak. The windows and doors have the same type of molding on the outside and inside, which don’t have the traditional ‘bulls eye’ on the top found in the early 1900. It’s woodwork is more similar to that of the late 1800’s. Suggesting the house is, in part, ante-bellum.
The house is nestled on a 6 acre farm. Wake up to breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains overlooking beautifully landscaped gardens and open meadows.
You will be sure to re-charge your soul in this quiet, unique and wonderful country setting. The clear, crisp views of Humpback Rock will make you appreciate the natural beauty that surrounds Blue Ridge Farm. You will be staying in the most central location along the Brew Ridge Trail.

Meet The Host
Hey, I'm Corbin
VA Boy born and raised! My family settled in Charlottesville, VA in the late 1800’s. I reside in Ivy, VA with my wife Jill of 22 years and our 4 children.
We recently purchased the old Page Family Farm in Nellysford, VA. The original house on the farm dates back to the 1840’s. The Farm consists of two cottages and the main farmhouse.
As a family we’ve been working together to bring this ole farm back to life. Our 4 kids (16,14,9,8) have been hard working this summer to get things ready for our guests.
I have a background in Landscape Design and construction. We have a master plan of turning this farm into one of the premier venue destinations in the area. Check back often for photo updates and additional Airbnb homes.
